Appointment confirmation

You will continue to SafeTalk to select a professional and available time, enter the requested details, and complete payment. An appointment is reserved only after the booking flow confirms it.

Fees and payment

• A Taste of Therapy: RM80 for one 30-minute screening and consultation.
• Single therapy session: RM220 for one 60-minute session.
• Five-session package: RM990 for five 60-minute sessions, valid for one year.

Check the final service, practitioner, date, time, amount and payment terms before confirming.

Refunds, changes and packages

InnerHope currently states that bookings and packages are non-refundable. Five-session packages are valid for one year. Contact the admin team as early as possible if you need to discuss a scheduling issue; any change remains subject to the terms attached to your booking.

Suitability

Online therapy is not an emergency service and may not be suitable for urgent or severe distress, legal or court-related matters, psychological assessments, or some forms of group therapy. InnerHope may recommend another service when online care is not appropriate.

Professional care

Therapy is collaborative and outcomes cannot be guaranteed. The professional will discuss the approach, confidentiality, limitations and any relevant clinical considerations with you.
