Booking your therapy session at Innerhope is quick and simple. Whether you’re first time client, scheduling a follow up session, or continuing your current therapy package, SafeTalk helps you find a time that suits your schedule — all in just a few clicks.

Follow these steps to book your appointment easily:

1. Go to the Booking Page

You can start your booking in two ways:

  • Visit our InnerHope website and click on the booking link, or

  • Log in directly to your account (Existing Client)

Either option will lead you to the same appointment booking page.

2. Select Service

You can select the type of services:

  • Individual session (60 minutes)

  • 5-Sessions Packages (60 minutes x 5 sessions)

3. Pick a Date

  • Available dates will be shown in purple.

  • Select the date that works best for your schedule.

4. Review Your Booking Details

Before confirming, double-check your:

  • Selected service

  • Clinica Psychologist

  • Date and time

If you need to make changes, you can go back anytime before submission.

For first-time client, you need to create an account as below:

  • First / Last Name

  • Email Address

  • Password

5. Receive Confirmation

After submitting, both you and your therapist will receive an email with the details of the confirmed session. Additionally, you can choose to:

  • Add the Appointment to Your Preferred Calendar

  • Opt for Email and Web App Notifications

That’s it! Your therapy session is successfully booked.
