Information involved
Information may include the contact and appointment details you provide, payment and booking status, information shared to help the care team understand your needs, and clinical records created as part of professional care.
Booking through SafeTalk
Booking buttons take you to SafeTalk, an external booking partner. SafeTalk collects the information needed to create your booking account, schedule an appointment and complete payment. Review the terms shown during checkout before confirming. InnerHope receives the information needed to administer and deliver your appointment.
Online sessions
InnerHope’s published service information states that online sessions are conducted through Google Meet and that communications are encrypted. Use a private setting and a device you trust. Do not record a session unless everyone involved has expressly agreed.
Confidentiality and its limits
Session content and client records are treated as private and confidential. A professional may need to disclose information when required by law or to respond to serious safety concerns, including danger to you or another person, abuse or neglect, a court order, written authorisation, or the rights of a parent or guardian when a client is under 18.

Access, correction and questions
You may contact InnerHope to ask about your personal information or request a correction. Some clinical or financial records may need to be retained to meet professional, legal or administrative obligations.
