About Your Inner Hope

Your Inner Hope is Malaysia’s after-office-hours online mental health service. We make it easier for working adults, parents, and busy professionals to speak to a qualified therapist in the evenings (typically 6:00–11:00pm MYT), from anywhere in Malaysia. Our clinicians use evidence-based approaches—such as CBT, ACT, and mindfulness—to support stress, anxiety, depression, burnout, relationship challenges, parenting concerns, and life transitions.

Powered by MY Psychology

Founded on 11 January 2014, MY Psychology began as Malaysia’s first large-scale psychology platform and later opened its first centre in Kepong, Kuala Lumpur (2019), expanding to Kota Kinabalu, Sabah (2023). Your Inner Hope is powered by MY Psychology’s clinical expertise, supervision framework, and governance, ensuring the same professional standards—now delivered online after office hours for greater accessibility.

Many people postpone care because appointments clash with work, parenting, or commuting. Your Inner Hope closes that gap with evening availability, quick online booking, and secure video or text-based sessions, so you can receive timely, confidential support without taking leave or fighting traffic.
