Booking your therapy session at Innerhope is quick and simple. Whether you’re first time client, scheduling a follow up session, or continuing your current therapy package, SafeTalk helps you find a time that suits your schedule — all in just a few clicks.
Follow these steps to book your appointment easily:
1. Go to the Booking Page
You can start your booking in two ways:

Visit our InnerHope website and click on the booking link, or

Log in directly to your account (Existing Client)
Either option will lead you to the same appointment booking page.

2. Select Service
You can select the type of services:

Individual session (60 minutes)
-
5-Sessions Packages (60 minutes x 5 sessions)

3. Pick a Date

Available dates will be shown in purple.

Select the date that works best for your schedule.

4. Review Your Booking Details
Before confirming, double-check your:

Selected service
-
Clinica Psychologist
-
Date and time
If you need to make changes, you can go back anytime before submission.
For first-time client, you need to create an account as below:

First / Last Name

Email Address

Password

5. Receive Confirmation
After submitting, both you and your therapist will receive an email with the details of the confirmed session. Additionally, you can choose to:

Add the Appointment to Your Preferred Calendar

Opt for Email and Web App Notifications
